This badge will appear on all profiles where the Customer Service team have spoken to the Pet Service Provider and confirmed all their details to be true and correct.
Preferred Carer
This will be awarded by the Customer Service team to our star Pet Service Providers for providing quality service and great care.
Reliable Pet Service Provider
This will be uploaded by the Customer Service team to a Pet Service Provider’s profile when they have proven themselves to be a reliable service provider.
Responsive
Pet Service Provider
This will be uploaded by the Customer Service team to a Pet Service Provider’s profile when they have proven themselves to be responsive to all pet owners when contacted.
Nurture
Badge
Awarded to Pet Service Providers where we have been to their home, interviewed them in person, inspected their property and confirm that they meet the “Paw Buddies” standard.
